Most significant professional experiences relate to:

• participation in the restructuring plan of a leading national case and in the subsequent
  assistance to the new business deriving form the reorganization;
• assistance of companies on significant customs issues regarding tax regulation of
  duty free shops, recovery of agricultural levies and classification of certain goods
  in the Combined Nomenclature, with preparation of different opinions;
• assistance of companies in the course of extended direct and indirect tax audits,
  management of contacts with Tax Offices, including self-remedy, and settlement activity
  before the Provincial and Regional Tax Courts;
• collaboration in multiple tax litigation activities for companies and individuals,
  with development of significant experience through the drawing of many judicial
  acts regarding each step and degree of tax proceedings whether on direct or indirect
  tax;
• management of contacts with the Tax Authorities, with reference to refund claims
  and pre-litigation activities;
• extended experience on tax collection procedures and inherent controversy and litigation;
• short internship in the Netherlands, at a prominent Dutch Tax Firm.
