Qualified as Dottore Commercialista and enrolled in the Order of Cassino since 2005.

Previous professional experience includes an internship at a Company part of the
Enel Group, mostly focused on cost analysis and credit management.

With the Firm since 2002.

Most significant professional experiences include:

• analysis of a broad range of accountancy law and income tax issues primarily for
  several listed and non listed companies;
• research and analysis of the critical points and opportunities arising from the
  income tax reforms and modifications, both for domestic and international groups,
  with special focus on the consolidation regime and consortium relief of public companies;
• cooperation in articulated tax planning projects, related to the re-organization
  of Italian and international industrial groups, aimed to the optimization of trans-national
  cash flows;
• assistance to companies in the taxation issues arising from the implementation of
  the IFRS in the drawing up of balance sheets;
• due diligence activities.
