Stages with the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, for the study of tax crime, and with the university of Barcelona (Spain) for the study of tax avoidance and abuse of law in the spanish system of law.

With the Firm since 2011.

Most significant professional experiences include:

• analysis of issues related to the regulations on financial statements and their interconnectins with tax law and practice;
• assistance in advisory work on various aspects of taxation, domestic or international;
• assistance in tax controversy and litigation practice;
• specific research project on abuse of law in the tax area, including analysis and comment of Supreme Court decisions and findings, as well as possible legislative innovations, with particular emphasis on the taxation of the financial markets activities.
