  income;
• in-depth analysis of CFC issues related to foreign-held company participations,
  and the non-deductibility of costs related to transactions with non-resident companies;
• analysis of tax and company law issues, related to M&A operations;
• coordination and performance of tax due diligence activities related to M&A operations;
• in-depth analysis of pros and cons related to the reform of company income tax (IRES)
  for resident and non resident entrepreneurial groups, developing tax planning strategies
  aimed at the ptimization of the impact on companies of any new tax regulations;
• analysis of stock options plans and of the related taxation issues;
• advice to listed and non listed companies on a broad range of accountancy law, deferred
  taxation and business income issues;
• speaker of several meetings and seminars on taxation issues and lecturer at various
