Brief experience with Assonime in 1988, then with the Firm full time since 1989,
he attends to:

• assistance to tax audits to large enterprises, negotiations of agreements and judicial
  settlements;
• complex tax planning transactions, advisor in contractual negotiation and drafting
  regarding transfer of businessess or shares;
• planning of national and international reorganization of groups, through the application
  of national or EU ruled corporate instruments;
• expert witness, on italian tax matters, in U.S. judicial proceedings;
• speeches and presentations to several meetings and seminars on matters concerning
  corporate taxation;
• maintaining a close relationship and advising on multiple tax issues with Italian
  and multinational corporations.
