Modalities of our practice

Our firm is known for the attention, the efficient organisation and the transparency used in the management of the client’s needs; this approach is aimed at the maximization of the efficiency of the professionals acting on each engagement.

In general, each of our engagements consists of an information-gathering phase, a research phase in which potential, feasible courses of action are identified and examined, followed by the last phase at which our conclusions are presented.

These phases require the formation of a small team of professionals, each selected according to his or her own specific expertise and background, all working under the direction and control of the supervisor ultimately responsible for the quality and timeliness of the final result, normally a partner.

In addition to maximizing the overall quality and timeliness of the result of our work, this organizational approach also tends to optimize the cost of our services to our clients.

The end result of our work is usually presented in writing, in either Italian or English languages.
